Arteliox gives client-facing studios a secure, well-built operating system, the kind usually reserved for much larger companies, made for the studios doing real client work today.
Most tools for studios are single-purpose apps that stop where your workflow gets interesting. Arteliox takes the opposite approach: a real multi-tenant platform that owns the hard, foundational parts (identity, data isolation, payments, file delivery, workflows, and audit) and lets focused solutions build on top of them.
Photo Studio CRM is our flagship solution and the first one opening to studios. It runs a photography studio's whole client workflow: galleries, a client portal, payments that unlock delivery, contracts, and automated follow-ups. Everything it does inherits the platform's security and reliability by default.
We built the secure core once, so new solutions don’t have to rebuild it. Photo Studio CRM is first; more are on the roadmap, each on the same trusted foundation.
Tenant isolation isn't a checkbox. It's enforced in the database with row-level security and composite foreign keys. One studio's data is unreachable from another's, structurally.
Clients pay you directly through Stripe, with your studio as merchant of record. Arteliox never holds your money. We take 0% of your sales and stay out of the way.
Studios told us the same story again and again: one tool to manage clients, another to deliver galleries, a third to chase payments, and none of them talking to each other. The delivery moment, where the work and the money actually meet, was always the weakest link.
So we started there. Arteliox was built around one idea: delivery and payment belong together, on infrastructure a studio can trust, with isolated data, payments that stay yours, and an audit trail for everything sensitive. We built the platform first, deliberately, so every solution we ship stands on the same foundation. Photo studios are first. This is a long-term build, and we'd rather earn trust slowly than promise everything at once.
There will be a 14-day free trial when we open, so you can see how it feels to work on a platform built for the long term.
