• How we use information: to provide the service, bill, support, secure, and improve the platform.
• Storage & security: per-tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and private file storage served through signed URLs.
• Sub-processors: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), and Cloudflare (file storage), plus our hosting providers.
• Data retention: how long each category is kept and how deletion works on account closure.
• Your rights & choices: access, correction, deletion, and export, including regional rights where applicable.
• International transfers, children’s privacy, and how we communicate changes to this policy.
