• Use of the service — who may accept these terms and what it means to use Arteliox.
• The service — a multi-tenant, multi-vertical platform; Photo Studio CRM is the flagship vertical.
• Accounts & eligibility — registration, one organization per studio, and responsibility for your team.
• Subscriptions & billing — plans ($9.90 / $19.90 / $29.90 / $39.90 per month), the 14-day free trial, and billing cycles.
• Client payments & platform fee — studios are merchant of record via Stripe; a flat 3% platform fee applies; Arteliox never holds your funds.
• Acceptable use, customer data ownership, and intellectual property.
• Warranties, limitation of liability, term and termination, governing law, and how we communicate changes.
