How will the 14-day trial work?
Every plan will start with a 14-day free trial of Photo Studio CRM. Pick the plan that fits when you're ready. Switching later is a click, not a migration, because every tier runs on the same platform.
Does Arteliox take a cut of my sales?
No. Arteliox charges 0% on your sales. We never receive, hold, or benefit from your client payments. Your studio is the merchant of record, so money goes straight to your own Stripe account. The only thing you pay us is your monthly subscription. If you connect Stripe, Stripe charges its own standard processing fee on your account, and that fee is Stripe's, not ours.
Does my subscription take a commission?
No. Whether you bill a client $200 or $20,000 through the platform, the plan price stays the plan price. The monthly subscription never carries an added sales commission.
Who holds my clients' money?
You do. Your studio connects its own Stripe account and is the merchant of record. Client payments land there directly, payouts follow your Stripe schedule, and Arteliox never holds your funds.
Is my studio's data really separate?
Yes. Isolation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, so one studio can never read another's clients, galleries, or invoices. It's the default the platform is built around, not a setting.
When do Cafe and Logistics CRM launch?
They're in development on the same secure core and will be priced at launch. Photo Studio CRM is the solution opening first, and nothing on this page is sold before it exists.
