  • Automated follow-ups: workflow emails (gallery ready, payment reminders) are delivered exactly once; retries after failures cannot double-send.
  • Security: per-tenant isolation is enforced with database row-level security; files live in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed URLs; sensitive actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail. Details at /security.
