What Arteliox is

• Platform — Arteliox is a secure, multi-tenant, multi-industry SaaS platform for client-facing businesses. Its first solution, available today, is Photo Studio CRM at /photo. Cafe CRM and Logistics CRM are announced as in development, not available yet.
• Client portals — a studio's clients open galleries, invoices, and contracts from a single secure link with no account or password. Links are scoped, expire after seven days, and are revocable; paying or downloading requires a one-time email code.
• Pay-to-unlock delivery — a gallery unlocks automatically when its invoice is paid, and re-locks automatically if the payment is refunded or disputed.
• Payments — each studio connects its own Stripe account and is the merchant of record; Arteliox never holds client funds. The platform fee is a flat, disclosed 3% per client charge. Subscriptions carry no added commission.
• Automated follow-ups — workflow emails (gallery ready, payment reminders) are delivered exactly once; retries after failures cannot double-send.
• Security — per-tenant isolation is enforced with database row-level security; files live in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed URLs; sensitive actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail. Details at /security.
