How signed URLs keep client files private

When a studio delivers final images through Arteliox, those files never sit behind a public link. Every download is served through a signed URL: a temporary, cryptographically signed address that grants access to a single file for a short window and then expires.

That means a link can't be forwarded, scraped, or indexed. Even if someone copies a URL, it stops working within seconds. The underlying file key is resolved on the server only after the request passes every check: a valid portal token, the client's one-time passcode, the image belonging to the order, and the invoice being paid.

The result is delivery that feels effortless for your clients and stays private by construction, not by policy.
