We built the platform first, on purpose

It would have been faster to build a photo-studio app. Ship a gallery tool, add invoicing, call it a product. Instead Arteliox started one layer down — with the platform every vertical will stand on — and built Photo Studio CRM on top of it. That order is deliberate, and it's the whole thesis.

The core is the part you never see but always rely on: per-tenant isolation enforced in the database, client payments that land in your own Stripe account, private file delivery through short-lived signed links, durable workflows, and an append-only audit trail for everything sensitive. None of it is photo-specific. It's the foundation that makes a client-facing business safe to run on someone else's software.

Building it first means the next vertical — Cafe CRM, Logistics CRM, whatever follows — inherits the same security and the same guarantees on day one, instead of re-earning trust from scratch. It also means that when you upgrade a plan, it's a click, not a migration: the same platform and the same protections underneath, at every tier.

Photo studios are first because that's where we're starting, not because that's all this is. It's a long-term build, and we'd rather earn trust slowly — one solid layer at a time — than promise everything at once.
